CLINT CARTER

  • ASA Certified Coach with years of experience and a track record of producing players who are successful at the plate.
  • Attributes his quick results on a couple of areas:
  • His insistence on teaching each player the "language" of batting.  This helps the coach and the batting student understand each other faster and helps the student understand their mechanics more deeply.
  • His heavy focus on the mental side of hitting.  This includes learning positive self-talk, visualization, hitting for the scenario, and other more advanced areas.  Parents will also learn their role in helping to develop their player's positive mental side (Unfortunately, parents often unintentionally trigger negative self-talk in their player).

Each player will develop clear and measurable short and long term goals so that they can measure their success.   Coach Clint prefers to work with players in 12U and above due to the advanced level of training.
